My officejet 4215xi all-in-one decided to terminate scanning correctly.  I feed my original in the automatic document feeder (as I did for years), information technology is no longer pulls the documents in the leading pace the digitized the image being spread or with almost 2-3 inches of white space on the leading border. Downloaded the basic print and browse commuter parcel, ran the installation and it did not work. I started to recall there must exist a driver problem. Had similar problems with itunes where it wouldn't read my ipod even afterwards an uninstall and reinstall. And for that I had to remove the driver and reinstall information technology, for some reason whatever it was causing problems.

I recently bought a HP Officejet 4630 all-in-one printer, and it automatically cancels the work in the centre of printing. The computer I use is a dv7 HP Envy with 64-fleck Windows 8, and I impress on a wireless network connection.
